For many years, the state governments have largely driven US cosmetic regulatory changes. However, in December 2022, the FDA introduced its first major update to the overarching cosmetic regulation in 84 years.

This presentation will outline the major changes put forth by the MoCRA, highlight some important compliance deadlines, and present areas for consideration in the changing regulatory landscape.
