Market Supervision Administration of Hunan Province

The Hunan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation was established on October 29, 2018, as a directly affiliated institution of the Hunan Provincial People's Government, at the directorate level. It retains the nameplate of the Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Office. On October 29, 2018, the Hunan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation was officially inaugurated. According to the "Notice of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the <Hunan Provincial Institutional Reform Plan>" (Document No. 113 [2018]), the Hunan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Market Regulation Bureau) is a directly affiliated institution of the provincial government, at the directorate level, and retains the nameplate of the Provincial Intellectual Property Office.
