This amendment is a revision of the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, adding substances classified as CMR (Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, or Reprotoxic) under Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/692 to Annex II (List of Prohibited Substances) of the EU Cosmetics Regulation. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
