The General Office of the National Medical Products Administration Solicits Public Comments on the Draft Opinion of the NMPA on Deepening Reform of Cosmetics Regulation and Promoting High-Quality Development of the Industry

On September 19, 2025, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) issued a draft document to further deepen the reform of cosmetics regulation, promote the high-quality development of the industry, and better meet the growing expectations of the public for a better life in the new era. The NMPA has organized the drafting of the "Draft Opinion on Deepening Reform of Cosmetics Regulation and Promoting High-Quality Development of the Industry," which is now open for public consultation.
