South Korea-Regulations on the Review of Functional Cosmetics

These Regulations, established pursuant to Article 4 of the Cosmetic Act and Article 9 of its Enforcement Rules, specify the scope, requirements, preparation guidelines, exemptions, and evaluation criteria for the submission of documents required for the review of functional cosmetics. The purpose is to ensure the standardization and rationality of the functional cosmetics review process.
