General requirements on raw materials of toothpastes

This document specifies the requirements for toothpaste ingredients, including prohibited substances, restricted ingredients, permitted preservatives, and permitted colorants. This document applies to toothpaste produced and distributed within the People's Republic of China. Furthermore, this document does not apply to toothpaste intended solely for sale outside the People's Republic of China.
