ASEAN-Thailand Notification of the Cosmetics Committee RE: Label of Cosmetic

Issued under the Cosmetics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), this notification sets out mandatory labelling requirements for cosmetics sold in Thailand. Labels shall be legibly displayed on product containers or packaging with mandatory Thai‑language information including product name, cosmetic type, full ingredient list (ingredients above 1 % listed in descending order of concentration; colourants and substances below 1 % may be listed afterwards), directions for use, manufacturer/importer particulars, net content, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, applicable warnings and cosmetic notification number, and specifies rules for label layout, font and affixation. It serves as the primary regulatory document for cosmetic packaging compliance in Thailand.
