Korea-Act on the Promotion of and Support for the Cosmetics Industry

This newly‑enacted law establishes a five‑year comprehensive industrial plan and a public‑private committee, introduces the certification scheme for innovative cosmetics enterprises, provides support for the full cosmetics industrial chain covering R&D, raw‑material & packaging sectors, talent development, industrial clusters and overseas expansion, and grants preferential treatment to SMEs and mid‑sized enterprises to drive industrial innovation and sustainable development.
