South Korea-The Cosmetic Act of the Republic of Korea (Amendment)

This amendment establishes a new Cosmetics Management Council within the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety as a coordinating deliberative body, mandates formulation of a five‑year basic plan for cosmetics management to systematically implement safety & quality management policies and align regulatory standards with the development of the cosmetics industry.
