Paraguay-Establishing the automatic renewal procedure for certificates of Good Manufacturing and Control Practices (BPFyC) and Good Storage and Distribution Practices (BPAyD) for personal care products, cosmetics and perfumes, and household sanitizing products

On 30 September 2026, the National Directorate of Health Surveillance (DINAVISA) of Paraguay issued Resolution No.409/2026, establishing an automatic renewal procedure for certificates of Good Manufacturing and Control Practices (BPFyC) and Good Storage and Distribution Practices (BPAyD) applicable to personal care products, cosmetics and perfumes, and household sanitizing products, effective on 15 October 2026. The resolution repeals Articles 5, 8 and 9 of Resolution No.246/2021; certificate renewals shall be governed solely by this new regulation thereafter.
