In order to implement the Provisions on Supporting Innovation of Cosmetic Ingredients issued by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), we are now publicly soliciting opinions from the society. These technical guidelines apply to the updating of filing information for new cosmetic ingredients during the monitoring period. When there are changes to the information of already registered new cosmetic ingredients, the ingredient registrant may refer to the technical requirements of these guidelines to conduct relevant studies and submit an application for registration change.
