Notice on Public Consultation of the Technical Guidelines for Dossier Requirements of Cosmetic New Ingredient Registration and Notification (Draft for Comments) by the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC)

On September 24, 2025, the NIFDC issued a public consultation notice on the Technical Guidelines for Dossier Requirements of Cosmetic New Ingredient Registration and Notification (Draft for Comments). This initiative aims to implement the Provisions on Supporting the Innovation of Cosmetic Ingredients issued by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), and to optimize the technical requirements for the classification of new ingredient registration and notification.
