Requirements of the the greenhouse gas emissions accounting and reporting—Part X：Daily chemical products enterprise

On February 10, 2026, the China National Light Industry Federation issued a letter soliciting feedback on the this national standard draft. The deadline for submitting comments is April 10, 2026. The document outlines the accounting boundaries, measurement and monitoring requirements, accounting steps and methods, data quality management, and reporting content and format for greenhouse gas emissions accounting and reporting for daily chemical product enterprises. It is applicable to companies involved in the manufacturing of soap and synthetic detergents, cosmetics, oral hygiene products, fragrance and flavor manufacturing, as well as other daily chemical products, regarding the accounting and reporting of their greenhouse gas emissions.
