This Act is enacted to maintain the hygiene and safety of cosmetics in order to safeguard national health in Taiwan, China. It was firstly announced on December 18,1973 and was amended on May 2, 2018 which has been updated on October 19,2018. This Act includes six chapters in total: General Provisions, Manufacturing, Import, and Management of Factories, Advertising and Logistics Management, Sampling Check, Test, and Control, Penal Provisions and Supplementary Provisions.
