ASEAN-Assurance of Conformity of Foreign Halal Products Entering the Territory of Indonesia

This regulation establishes a pre‑shipment overseas halal‑conformity assurance mechanism for imports. Applicable products for Indonesia shall complete pre‑shipment halal conformity verification in the country of origin or loading by BPJPH‑authorized overseas inspection bodies. A shipment‑specific Halal Product Assurance Report (LPPH) shall be obtained for each batch prior to import clearance. It serves as supporting rules for Indonesia’s full‑scale mandatory halal certification roll‑out in October 2026.
