ASEAN-Indonesia Products and Ingredients Exempted from the Halal Certification Obligation

This Decree implements Article 70 of Government Regulation No. 42 of 2024 (GR 42/2024), stipulating that more than 3,500 types of products and ingredients are exempted from the halal certification obligation and providing legal certainty for such exempted items. The decree together with its annex totals 201 pages and shall enter into force on 28 February 2027.
