China Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals (2026 Edition)
The Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals (2015) was jointly published in February 2015 by ten departments (the Ministry of Emergency Management, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the National Health Commission, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the National Railway Administration, and the Civil Aviation Administration of China) in accordance with the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals (State Council Order No. 591). It was amended on November 7, 2022, regarding diesel, and five additional chemicals were added on April 16, 2026. The Inventory currently contains a total of 2,833 chemicals.
