This list  is included in the Chapter 2 of the STSC which includes 47 restricted ingredients in cosmetics, along with their Chinese name, English name, and INCI name. It specifies the applicable scope and/or permitted use, the maximum allowable concentration in cosmetics, other restrictions and requirements, as well as the mandatory usage conditions and precautionary statements that must be indicated on the product label.
