The ASEAN Cosmetic Directive (ACD) Annexes outline essential regulatory requirements for cosmetic products in ASEAN countries. Prohibited, restricted and permitted ingredients are included in the Annexes of the ACD. The List of Colouring Agents Allowed for Use in Cosmetic Products is included in the Annex IV Part I. Despite of the Color Index Number or Denomination, Color and Other Limitations and Requirements, the field of application is divided into four columms.
